Job DescriptionAs a Sr Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving the success of building automation solutions. Your expertise in managing strategic accounts and driving revenue growth will enable you to build and maintain strong customer relationships. By identifying new business opportunities, providing tailored solutions, and mentoring account managers and sales teams, you will contribute to the growth, customer satisfaction, and market guidance of our building automation business.You will have a territory of the following states: Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. Ideal candidate should be located in Miami FL, Tampa FL, Jacksonville FL, or Nashville TN.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for customer relationships
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and work with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions
- Guide contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management
- 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Experience in building automation sales, such as fire, security, or building management systems
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Strong business acumen and insight of market dynamics
- Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
- Bilingual English/Spanish
