**This position is hybrid and will be located in Ellicottville, NY at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit all required production, sales, and inventory reports to federal, state, and local liquor authorities.
- Manage pricing submissions, ensuring all product pricing is posted 30 days in advance of sale.
- Enter daily transactions into QuickBooks and assist the external Accountant with monthly reconciliation.
- Track and organize all deadlines for compliance filings, reporting, and pricing submissions.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure all compliance processes are running smoothly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with administrative experience ideally related to compliance or inventory experience.
- Proven experience managing time-sensitive compliance and inventory reporting, with the ability to meet federal and state deadlines (related to alcohol production, pricing, and sales).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (basic entries) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with the alcohol industry is a plus, but not required, as training will be provided.
