Job Responsibilities
As a Remote, 3rd Shift, 11pm-7am Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Making outbound and receiving inbound calls from clients
* Thoroughly reviewing and processing loan applications through various software systems
* Assessing candidate qualifications for loans and making informed decisions
* Creating and updating records in our database
* Identifying client needs and exploring available options to meet their financial goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
