Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance carriers
• Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
• Maintaining performance goals and becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate multiple computer screens and applications
• Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency and ability to perform successfully in a team environment
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity
• Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dedicated work from home space and ability to manage time and tasks independently
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 megabytes per second
• Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (no satellite internet, Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port)

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
