As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our crew to ensure that every customer receives the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, to provide exceptional customer support and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly, ensuring that every customer receives accurate and timely information.
  • Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding our services and general inquiries, showcasing your expertise and knowledge of our business.
  • Troubleshooting any issues and escalating when necessary, demonstrating your problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Creating and managing the crew's weekly schedules, ensuring all shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed.
  • Monitoring the crew's group chat from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST to address questions, solve problems, and provide guidance as needed.
  • Regularly checking and responding to company emails, ensuring prompt communication with customers and internal team members.
  • Responding to guest reviews, ensuring professional and courteous communication at all times.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in using email, messaging apps, and phone systems, with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems.
  • The ability to manage time effectively and work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Previous experience in customer service or scheduling is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

As a remote position, you will need to be available during the designated on-call hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM PST on the scheduled days. A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for this role. You will be working independently, but will have access to our team's support and resources as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

As a part-time Customer Service Representative for blithequark, you can expect:

  • A competitive daily rate of $150/day, with a monthly salary of $1800.
  • A flexible schedule, allowing you to work 3 days a week with flexible days.
