Job Summary

As an ADC Technical Customer Service Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing expert guidance, support, and analysis to help them overcome technical challenges. You will work closely with our sales and account management teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients navigate complex issues, prevent potential problems, and achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to US Government (USG) and enterprise clients, addressing their technical queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Sales and Account Planning teams, to ensure seamless delivery of our services and products.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, including Amazon EC2 and Amazon S3, to provide expert guidance and support to clients.
  • Proactively identify and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with clients to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Analyze and report on client feedback and issues, providing insights and recommendations to improve our services and products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building trust and credibility through exceptional service and support.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.

  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support or sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience in cloud-based platforms and applications.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a cloud computing environment, with knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its products and services.

  • Certification in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong knowledge of business and technical acumen, with the ability to understand complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
