Your Role
As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
- Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to drive operational excellence
- Identifying emerging process performance trends and developing strategies to address them
- Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
- Maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes and tracking progress
- Interacting with stakeholders at all levels to achieve process goals
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
