Job Summary The Center for Children and Family is currently seeking a Temporary HR Assistant to join their team of professionals. As a Temporary Human Resources Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR department to ensure efficient operations. This role involves assisting with various HR tasks, maintaining records, and facilitating communication with new and returning employees. Duties Include:

• Maintain HR files and databases accurately (I.e. Redcap).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, and procedures.
• Assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
• Prepare reports as needed.
• Work closely with central HR to onboard new and returning hires.

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma and two (2) years of experience in area of responsibility.
