Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced chat automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to shape our conversational AI customer servicing products and drive business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining item requirements that enhance customer experience and drive business value
  • Analyze client information, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to evaluate the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
  • Work closely with the core product team to define client stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying areas for additional research to inform future feature design
  • Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying opportunities to improve the experience and drive business outcomes
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the health of the product and develop data-informed product recommendations
