Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Project Placement & Student Services department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of basic personnel clerical duties, including data entry, calendar management, and communication with clients. This is a versatile part-time opportunity that offers flexibility and work-life balance, with the potential to grow and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and maintain calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special projects related to the household, as assigned by management.
  • Expense Management: Process and pay expenses, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  • Company Activities: Participate in company activities and events, as scheduled.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
