Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our Quality Control Standards and Analytics team. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to improve processes and drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

• Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for change
• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues that impact business outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts, including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and confidence intervals

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics)

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
• Experience with programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL
• Familiarity with data management tools, such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or Salesforce
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Scene, Alteryx, or QuickBase
• Strong understanding of business operations and processes, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for change
