Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Age: Be at least 18 years old
  • Education: Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service skills: A genuine desire to actively engage and listen to customers, with the ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptability: The ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
