Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support via phone. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Schedule

We're looking for someone who is available to work evenings and weekends, with the following schedule:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home.
  • A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions, where you can focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus, but not required.
