Job Description

As a Remote Sales Chat Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our online chat platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Advertise and sell secondhand shipping containers to customers via our software
  • Engage with customers via chat, building rapport and encouraging them to place an order
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on our products and services
  • Collaborate with mentors and peers in our Q&A group to achieve sales goals

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
