What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact us for a variety of topics. This will primarily be via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
• Going above and beyond to wow our customers and provide exceptional experiences
• Adhering to high safety and regulatory standards while engaging with customers and providing solutions

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to think critically and multi-task
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• The ability to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
• A commitment to being your best and delivering exceptional results
