Blithequark is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Advisor to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that every customer interaction is nothing short of wonderful.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers via email and live chat. You will be the face of Blithequark, representing our brand and values to every customer interaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering nothing-but-wonderful customer service by supporting customers via email and live chat
  • Learning our internal management system in order to efficiently process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
  • Using internal communication software to interact with your teammates, management, and other departments
  • Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points so we can optimize each customer's experience

Who You Are

We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of (and pride in) their work. You are a creative and innovative problem solver who continually thinks outside the box. You are a sensitive and skillful communicator (both online and offline!) who can adapt your tone and communication style depending on your audience. You are eager to learn new technology systems and procedures and able to juggle many tasks at once while remaining extremely organized and attentive to detail. You are highly proficient in navigating multiple tabs and windows (keyboard shortcuts are the secret to your success!) and able to stay energized and motivated in a high-volume work environment with limited supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Attend a virtual two-week onboarding via Google Meet video calls (Google Meet can be accessed through any web browser, but works best with Google Chrome)
  • Have a quiet work space with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
  • Be able to work 20–29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
  • Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
  • Have reliable high-speed internet connection with access to your router—a laptop and all necessary equipment will be provided!
  • Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, we highly value experience in customer service and working from home. If you have a background in these areas, please highlight your experience in your application.
