The Role of a Customer Experience Concierge

As a Customer Experience Concierge in the Centurion Lounge, you'll be the face of blithequark to our customers, acting as an ambassador of the brand. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to deliver superior service to our Card Members, providing travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services that exceed their expectations. Your passion for delivering extraordinary service will make a lasting impression on our customers, deepening their relationship with blithequark and making Membership come to life every day.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and provide access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception

  • Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Create innovative ways to resolve customers' issues or concerns, winning their brand loyalty and making loyal enthusiasts out of them
  • Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
  • Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
  • Accommodate the needs of our Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners

Lounge Hours of Operation:

Our Centurion Lounge operates from 05:00 AM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Sunday. Hours are subject to change due to business need.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of recent experience servicing premium customers
  • Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
  • A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
  • The ability to listen to the customer's needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction from the customer
  • The utmost professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions
  • The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on putting the Card Member's experience at the forefront
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to use the Internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment
  • Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark, you can expect:

  • A competitive hourly salary range of $20.00 to $22.12, plus bonus and benefits
