Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, and assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries, including processing payments, resolving disputes, and providing account information.
  • Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity, account access, and other basic technical issues.
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records, including customer contact information, issue descriptions, and resolution details.
  • Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive timely and effective support.

Schedule

As a Part-Time Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you will work a flexible schedule that fits around your life. Your schedule will include:

  • Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
  • Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • 20-25 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively, respond clearly, and resolve issues effectively.
