Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Operator – Administrative Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data from source documents into workplace databases with accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintaining and organizing incoming data, adhering to established filing systems and ensuring seamless data management
  • Providing exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering questions, and directing them to the appropriate individuals
  • Performing related administrative duties as required, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and completing tasks in a timely manner
  • Assisting in administrative duties, including inputting and updating information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software
  • Archiving and organizing records, reports, and documents, and managing orders, invoices, and expense reports
  • Conducting research, compiling information, and preparing reports as needed
  • Performing basic accounting tasks, such as posting payments and invoices, and maintaining confidentiality of company and customer information
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements and Skills

  • A minimum of a high school diploma and 2-3 years of experience performing data entry or a related task
  • Ability to input data in an accurate and timely manner, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software, including Excel, Word, and Access
