Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and data management, leveraging your expertise in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing. This is a remote opportunity with a block schedule, allowing you to balance work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner

• Utilize data entry and typing skills to manage and update records efficiently
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and data management
• Provide exceptional customer service through clear and concise verbal and written communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to strict data entry and quality control standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment

• Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
• Data entry and/or typing experience
• Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft suite
• Detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree

• 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
• 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
