Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions and provide expert advice.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in our CRM system.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process to help us continuously improve.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to provide empathetic and professional support.
  • Comfortable using computers and navigating our CRM system.
  • Experience working with customer support, either in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, either in a call center or retail environment.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and other customer service software.
  • Knowledge of our products and services, or a willingness to learn.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
