A Day in the Life:

As an Experienced Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in our closed-door pharmacy, working closely with our team to ensure seamless medication dispensing and exceptional customer service. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Performing order entry tasks with precision and accuracy
• Collaborating with pharmacists to verify correct dosages and ensure patient safety
• Providing top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Triaging customer service requests, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Assisting pharmacists with reviewing narcotic prescriptions, allergies, and drug interactions

Required Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in computer software and systems, including order entry and customer relationship management tools

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, we encourage applicants with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
• Education verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46, representing the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
