The Role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Agent to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and Mondays. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers via email, phone, and chat. Your primary goal will be to build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication, providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound support requests from partner staff or customers via email, phone, and chat

- Update, revise, and expand upon existing customer support documentation
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
