Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from clients, providing personalized support and solutions to their inquiries and concerns

- Continuously develop and improve your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions, in accordance with established policies and procedures
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications, customer service)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service and sales environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client experiences and building strong relationships with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with the ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a focus on sales and upselling/cross-selling
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales
- Experience working with CRM systems and other customer relationship management tools
