Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries and providing accurate information or assistance via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for every customer interaction.

  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction, to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Call Center Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
