Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access.
- Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation of complex issues.
- Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
Schedule
We understand that life is busy, and that's why we offer a flexible part-time schedule that fits around your life. As a Customer Service and IT Support Representative, you'll work:
- Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday)
- Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday)
Qualifications
