Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelist with blithequark, you will be responsible for participating in various focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments. These studies will provide you with the opportunity to share your opinions and experiences with top brands and organizations, while also earning a competitive income. With most of our paid focus group studies, you have the option to participate remotely online or in-person, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments

• Share your opinions and experiences with top brands and organizations
• Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
• Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
• Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Participate fully in discussions, both online and in-person
• Complete any additional tasks or surveys as required

Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam

• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Customer service representative agent experience is not necessary
