Key Responsibilities:

As a Chat Support Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our vibrant community of veterinary professionals, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support through various channels, including:

• Live chats
• Phone calls
• Emails
• Internal discussion boards
• Platform demos

Your primary objectives will be to:

• Engage with users to understand their needs and concerns

• 1 year of relevant customer-facing work experience, preferably in a tech or start-up environment
• A strong foundation in written and verbal communication, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in chat support or a similar customer-facing role is a plus
• A patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach to handling difficult situations
• The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Essential Qualifications:

* 2-year Associate's degree or 4-year College degree
