Job Summary
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will work from the comfort of your own home, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding our clients' products and services. You will also receive ongoing training, technologies, and support to help you grow your career and develop new skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Open availability (this is a seasonal position)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Desktop or laptop computer with the following specifications:

- High-speed internet connection (DSL, Cable, or Fiber) with the following speeds:
