✅ Required Qualifications: ✔ Basic technical knowledge (Windows, Software installation, Connectivity) ✔ Ability to troubleshoot issues following instructions ✔ Good English communication skills (written & spoken) ✔ Fast typing and accurate data entry skills ✔ Computer/Laptop with stable internet connection ✔ Ability to work in shifts if required
✅ Preferred Qualifications: ✔ Experience in customer service, call center, IT support, or helpdesk ✔ Knowledge of CRM, ticketing systems, remote desktop tools
