Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Placing outbound client contacts, sending follow-up emails to clients, and responding to basic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Updating and maintaining customer call databases, including updating and acting on client service logs and all client accounts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Providing administrative support, including profile creation and updating, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Performing filing, data entry, and document generation tasks with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Creating and improving customer service concern tickets to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
  • Assisting in the planning of all mail associated with the client help process and handling special management projects, as well as overflow work from departments featuring word-processing, data entry, and Internet investigation activities.
  • Managing the company's entrance hall region, greeting and administering all visitors, suppliers, clients, job applicants, and customers, and ensuring they are directed to their designated offices and meeting rooms.
  • Performing general office duties, including but not limited to filing, data entry, spreadsheet/report maintenance, mailings, and project work.
  • Responsible for inspecting supply items to ensure quality and accuracy.
