Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You'll support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. If you're empathetic, patient, and solution-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Address inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.

  • Utilize active listening and basic medical terminology to assist customers effectively, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide informed support.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Quiet, private home workspace with wired high-speed internet.
  • 1+ year of customer service or call center experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows/Office and computer setup.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

* Healthcare industry experience, post-secondary education, or bilingual (Spanish/English) skills.

  • Previous experience in a contact center or customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and industry-specific software.

Work Schedule

* Full-time, up to 40 hours/week.
