Day in the Life

As a Pharmacy Technician Data Entry, Customer Service (Overnight) with blithequark, you will be part of our front-end team, responsible for performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process at our closed-door pharmacy. Your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

  • Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
  • Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
  • Assist in reviewing narcotic Rx's are back in timely manner
  • Providing dispensing pharmacist with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
  • One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Prior experience in the long-term care industry
  • PTCB National Certification
  • Education: Verifiable High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors.
