Key Responsibilities:
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative (Remote) at blithequark's Data Power & Control Division, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Processing orders received by mail, telephone, fax, EDI, and/or personal customer contact, while ensuring accurate pricing, availability, and schedule information
- Researching and resolving customer inquiries, expediting order delivery, and tracking order activity to ensure timely resolution
- Fostering open communication internally and externally, championing creative change to improve processing and service levels
- Providing guidance and assistance to new or less experienced staff members
- Performing other similar and related duties as required
Essential Qualifications:
* A.S. degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in a successful customer environment/position
- Experience with manufacturing or electrical industry required
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with close attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, email, and meeting management software
- Ability to use the internet and web-based resources efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills and a strong customer orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience collaborating with sales teams
- Exposure to Salesforce preferred
- Experience in Data Centers and extensive product knowledge a plus
- Presentation and training experience a plus
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and establish proactive corrective actions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

- Competitive salary range: $38,000 - $48,000
