Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering client inquiries and providing product information in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing excellent customer care and focus, with a strong emphasis on assessing customers' needs and providing the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Managing incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learning and following all customer service procedures and policies
  • Meeting and exceeding personal and team target goals
  • Recording, organizing, and filing customer interactions and account changes
  • Upselling and scheduling call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems, with a strong emphasis on responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, with a strong emphasis on sales and revenue growth
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Upsell and schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong emphasis on verbal and written communication
  • Basic computer skills and experience, with a focus on proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a focus on managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution, with a strong emphasis on delivering exceptional results

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
