Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer queries on web chat, email, and social media in a polite, professional, and timely manner
  • Educating current and potential customers about our products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
  • Maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring that all interactions are documented and up-to-date
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the Team Leader and Ops Team, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Actively participating in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices with your colleagues
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve agreed-upon KPIs and objectives, ensuring that all targets are met and exceeded

Key Performance Indicators

To measure your success as a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you will be evaluated on the following key performance indicators:

  • Handling all queries in a polite, professional manner, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience
  • Probing and troubleshooting customer queries, providing suitable and satisfactory solutions to all issues
  • Educating customers on services and processes, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our products and services
  • Escalating any issues to the Team Leader, ensuring that all priority issues are resolved promptly and efficiently
  • Achieving agreed-upon KPIs and objectives, ensuring that all targets are met and exceeded
  • Adhering strictly to shift schedules, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to a high standard
  • Adhering to laid-down internal policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring that all interactions are compliant with our standards
  • Working collaboratively with the team, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

To be successful as a Full Stack Live Chat Agent, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from any stream (for freshers) or a minimum of a High School Certificate with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
  • A passion for customer care, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Good typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • The ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision, with a fast learning curve and a willingness to adapt to new situations
  • Time flexibility, with the ability to work in a rotational shift system, including public holidays and weekends
