Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Chat Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Respond to customers via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
• Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices from our company's system
• Add leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls
• Participate in daily training sessions to enhance your sales skills and knowledge
