Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering customer questions and resolving issues via live chat, email, and phone
  • Providing concise and effective information to customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • Identifying and flagging major pain points to our liaison team, who will work with other departments to develop and improve our products and services
  • Participating in on-the-job training and engaging with opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Working weekends as needed to ensure that our customers receive 24/7 support

Essential Qualifications
