As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of one of the nation's largest brands, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients' customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to inbound calls from customers, resolving their queries, and providing solutions to their needs
- Upselling customers to ensure they have the best features to meet their needs
- Collaborating with our team to share best practices and improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Working independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
What You Need to Thrive:
To succeed in our remote environment, you'll need:
- A reliable computer and internet connection (cable or fiber internet service only, with a minimum speed of 25Mbps download and 10Mbps upload)
- A dedicated workspace free from distractions and security risks
- A workspace with minimal background noise
- Ability to be on webcam during working hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in software applications

What We're Looking For:
To be a successful Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll need:
- At least 6 months of work-from-home experience
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Must live in the state of North Carolina
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
