Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries in a timely, professional, and knowledgeable manner. You will engage with customers through live chat, offering prompt and accurate responses to their questions or concerns. Your role is crucial in maintaining blithequark's reputation for outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries through live chat

  • Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team
  • Update customer information and ensure all changes are recorded correctly
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Follow communication guidelines and procedures to ensure consistent customer service
