Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, interacting with customers via phone to resolve their queries, address concerns, and provide solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Calling customers with outstanding balances to collect payments and resolve delinquencies
  • Following up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units to ensure a smooth rental process
  • Initiating the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees
  • Implementing a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings and prevent losses

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers, responding to their queries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Call customers with outstanding balances to collect payments and resolve delinquencies, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved
  • Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in storage units, providing them with information and assistance to facilitate a smooth rental process
  • Initiate the auction process for customers who have not paid their storage fees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Implement a tenant protection program to safeguard customer belongings and prevent losses, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task with several windows open on your computer at one time, managing multiple calls and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve complex issues
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
