Our Exciting Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our branch team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
  • Providing a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phone
  • Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and timely manner
  • Providing directions and general assistance
  • Assisting to assess condition of rental upon return
  • Processing returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions
  • Effectively marketing the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customers in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as needed
  • Understanding and communicating rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services
  • May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and other additional equipment
  • Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance
  • Cleaning vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when needed
  • Performing various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billing
  • Taking incoming calls – reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops, and other vendors
  • Managing outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs, and miscellaneous calls as assigned
  • Performing miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
  • A High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service and sales experience in retail, guest service, or hospitality
  • A current and valid driver's license
  • No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years, and no drug or alcohol-related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Schedules Available

We offer a variety of schedules to fit your needs:
  • 10a-6:30p Saturday – Wednesday
  • 10a-6:30p Tuesday – Saturday
  • 2:30p-11p Wednesday – Sunday
  • 2:30p-11p Tuesday – Saturday
  • 3:30p – 12a Tuesday – Saturday
