Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join our team. As a remote worker, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional phone call experiences. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone calls
  • Providing exceptional phone call experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Call center experience, preferably in the Security industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Positive and enthusiastic behavior, with a desire to provide exceptional phone call experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless and efficient work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet Service (cannot connect via WIFI)
  • Core i3 with 16GB of RAM
  • Minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download internet speed (run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net)
  • Minimum of Windows 10 on computer
  • Modem connection, hardwired to your computer via Ethernet cable
  • Home computer, monitor, and headset that will allow you to answer calls (must have USB headset that is Avaya compatible for incoming customer interactions)
  • Ability to upload ADT required software to your computer (CT Soft phone, which allows incoming calls)

Acceptable Specifications

The following specifications are acceptable for this role:

  • I3 processor (minimum of 16GB RAM)
  • I5 processor (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • Ryzen 3 or higher (minimum of 8GB RAM)
  • AMD (minimum of 8GB RAM)

Non-Acceptable Specifications

The following specifications are not acceptable for this role:

  • I3 processor (with 8GB RAM)
  • Intel N95
  • Athlon Silver
  • Pentium
  • Celeron
  • Chromebooks or MacBooks

Work Schedule

As a remote worker, you will be required to work one of the following shifts:

  • 12:30-9:00pm
  • 1:30pm-10:00pm
  • 2:30-11:00pm
  • 3:30pm-12:00am
