Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their travel needs and inquiries over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently from home. You'll be trained on blithequark's policies and procedures to provide top-notch service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

* Answering customer inquiries over the phone in a professional and courteous manner

  • Assisting customers with booking flights and changing reservations

Key Skills and Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a resident of Georgia
