Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analysis methods (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to assist with driving business decisions
- Analyze client behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to assist with guiding acquisition decisions
- Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to improve engagement and retention
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field
- At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience
- Proficiency in SQL and experience in R or Python
- Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning procedures: decision trees, regression, classification, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
