Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be the face of blithequark in our online chat platform, engaging with customers, and providing them with accurate and timely information about our products and services. Your primary objectives will be to:

• Handle a wide range of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring prompt and courteous responses
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments and capturing their contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review and analysis
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to new technologies
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to multitask and think on your feet

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of comprehensive training, taking place Tuesday through Saturday between 10am and 6:30pm CST
• Meet the basic qualifications outlined above
• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, with a positive and professional demeanor
• Show a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry developments
