Job Summary

As a Remote AT&T Customer Service Chat Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing top-notch support to our customers via chat. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering exceptional experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions to their concerns

  • Identify and resolve customer issues in a prompt and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Stay up-to-date with AT&T products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers and enhance their overall experience

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience and empathy
  • Proficient in computer and internet use, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office
