Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Chandler, AZ. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, learn new skills, and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, including medication coverage, mail-order solutions, and other related topics

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, with experience using Windows-based applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance environment

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service role
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and healthcare regulations
