Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Support Specialist – Data Entry & Order Processing, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests in a accurate and timely manner
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggesting improvements
• Managing a team of junior customer service representatives to ensure that they have the support and resources they need to succeed
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support at all times

Key Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Comfortable using computers and familiar with customer support software
• Experience working with customer support, preferably in a call center or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Experience working with CRM software and customer support platforms
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
• Experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Certification in customer service or a related field
