Key Responsibilities:

As a Customs Trade Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and management at all levels.
  • Processing and arranging customs clearance for shipments, utilizing data from various sources, including databases, SOPs, duty books, web, and customs documentation.
  • Maintaining and updating all shipment documentation in accordance with record-keeping requirements, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other blithequark activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service and support.
  • Processing organizational financier shipments and handling distant filings as required.
  • Ensuring adherence to all organizational and operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

  • High School Certificate or GED required.
  • No industry experience is necessary, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Viewpoint, and other office equipment, including telephone, fax, scanner, printer, and scanner.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customs trade, logistics, or a related field is an asset.

  • Familiarity with various software systems and reference materials.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, transporters, intermediaries, government agencies, and management at all levels.
